Our Story

Lavan was founded in 1982 by Fahid, who brought a unique approach to building and remodeling homes in the Bay Area. In 2016, his son, Moein, took over as the company's leader, infusing fresh perspectives and innovative construction methods. Together, Fahid and Moein have grown Lavan into the fastest-growing construction company in the area. Known for their kindness, compassion, and ability to deliver high-quality work, they have built a reputation as a trusted, one-stop-shop for all home construction and remodeling needs.
